Weather and Safety Policy

Effective publication October 14, 2026

The captain decides whether conditions are safe, taking account of port restrictions and conditions at sea. Light rain, cloud or an unfavorable forecast does not automatically cancel a trip. Contact our team rather than assuming a departure is cancelled. If unsafe weather or a port closure prevents departure, we will work with you to reschedule without a rescheduling fee, subject to availability and your agreement. If no suitable alternative date is available, contact the team to review the circumstances and available options. Weather does not automatically create a cash refund under this policy; applicable legal rights remain unaffected. If a mechanical failure prevents your booked boat from operating the trip, you may receive a full refund of payments made for the affected booking. We may offer a replacement boat or another date, but you do not have to accept the alternative instead of a refund. If a trip has already started and is interrupted by weather or a mechanical problem, the team will review the services provided and the circumstances with you to agree the appropriate rescheduling or refund outcome. No automatic hourly refund formula applies. Follow the captain and crew instructions, including life-jacket and safe-boarding requirements. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult. The captain may refuse boarding or stop an activity where behavior creates a safety risk. Contact the team before departure about accessibility or assistance needs. Fishing catches and wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. Safety decisions do not waive your statutory rights. For help, contact soporte@reelactionvallarta.com and include your booking reference.
