Booking Terms

These terms apply to bookings with Reel Action Vallarta. Your booking summary identifies the boat, dates, duration, guest count, selected extras and price. Only the items listed in that summary are included. Contact soporte@reelactionvallarta.com for booking assistance. Pay a 50% deposit online to reserve your trip, or choose to pay the full amount online. Your booking is confirmed when payment has been verified and the boat has been secured for your dates. Opening checkout or submitting your details alone does not confirm a booking. Our team will follow up with meeting instructions, departure arrangements and next steps. If you pay a deposit, the remaining 50% is due in cash before boarding. You may pay that balance in Mexican pesos (MXN) or US dollars (USD). The balance is recorded in MXN. USD cash is converted at our retail exchange rate at the time of payment, including a conversion margin. This means the USD amount is higher than the equivalent calculated at the live market rate. We will show you the exact USD amount before collecting payment, and you may choose MXN instead. The cash rate is separate from the online payment rate and is not fixed when you book. For online payments, the exact charge and selected currency are shown before payment. Your bank may apply its own fees or conversion. If you pay the full booking amount online, no charter balance is due on arrival. Tips are optional and are not part of the required booking payment. Multi-day bookings and extras are charged as shown in your booking summary. Additions or changes with a different price require a new agreed quote before payment. Our team confirms departure times and meeting instructions for your chosen trip; arriving late may reduce the time available. Provide accurate contact details and guest numbers, stay within the boat capacity, supervise children and follow crew instructions. Tell us about accessibility or assistance needs before booking so we can discuss suitability. Fishing catches and wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. The Cancellation and Changes Policy and Weather and Safety Policy form part of these terms. The versions accepted when you book apply to your reservation. Nothing in these policies excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
