- Any cancelations or rescheduling must be received in writing, minimum 30 days before the scheduled departure date to receive refunds.
- All refunds are subject to administrative fees for the sole purpose of covering our costs.
- On day trips our fee for passenger pickup outside of Nuevo Vallarta is as follows
- Departure from Marina La Cruz De Huanacaxtle extra cost $375 USD
- Departure from Marina Puerto Vallarta extra cost $400 USD
- Departure from Punto de Mira extra cost $350 USD
