Reel Action Vallarta uses the information you provide to manage enquiries, bookings, payments, trip arrangements and customer support. This includes your name, email address, phone number, booking details, messages and payment status. If you create an account, we also manage your account and the bookings linked to it. Card payments are processed through Stripe. Our booking platform records transaction references, amounts and payment status; it does not collect or store your full card details. Service providers supporting hosting, payment processing and communications process information needed for those services. Essential account, security and booking functions operate independently of optional analytics consent. If analytics is offered, you can accept, reject or change your choice using the privacy controls. Optional analytics is not required to book. Booking messages provide service updates; accepting booking terms is not consent to unrelated marketing. You can download information linked to your account and request account deletion in your account area. For access, correction or other privacy requests, contact soporte@reelactionvallarta.com. We review deletion requests because some booking, payment, dispute and legal records may need to be retained. Submitting a deletion request does not immediately cancel a trip or erase its records.
