Private Boat Charter Prices in Puerto Vallarta: Our 2026 Rates

Our private charter rates cover the boat and an included number of guests. To work out the price for your group, start with the boat and trip length, then add optional chef service if you would like it.

These are our 2026 retail rates in Mexican pesos. Daytime charters run from four to fourteen hours, in whole-hour steps, and include the captain, crew and fuel. Some destinations need a longer minimum.

Daytime boat rates

• Reel Action, 60 ft: MXN 6,800 per hour · 15 guests included.
• El Bandido, 43 ft: MXN 5,700 per hour · 12 guests included.
• El Dorado, 36 ft: MXN 5,000 per hour · 10 guests included.

For daytime trips, we accept up to 15 guests on Reel Action, 12 on El Bandido and 10 on El Dorado. Everyone within those limits is included in the boat rate.

Example: six hours on El Dorado

For up to ten guests, the charter price is MXN 30,000: six hours at MXN 5,000 per hour.

For the same group with the optional chef:

• Boat for six hours: MXN 30,000.
• Chef upgrade on El Dorado: MXN 9,000.
• Charter price with the upgrade: MXN 39,000.

Food, drinks and chef options

• Four or five hours: water and ice.
• Six or seven hours: snacks, beer and soft drinks.
• Eight or nine hours: included chef service, ceviche, a gourmet meal, snacks and selected drinks.
• Ten to fourteen hours: included chef service, ceviche, two meal services, snacks and selected drinks.

The benefits build on each other: longer daytime trips keep the water and ice, then add snacks, beer and soft drinks, followed by chef service and meals. A ten- to fourteen-hour trip includes all these benefits with two meal services.

You can bring your own food and drinks. For four- to seven-hour trips, the optional chef and cocktails upgrade costs MXN 12,000 on Reel Action, MXN 10,000 on El Bandido or MXN 9,000 on El Dorado.

If you're considering seven hours with the chef upgrade, compare that booking price with an eight-hour trip, where chef service is included.

Overnight rates

Overnight trips use consecutive 24-hour pricing, with chef, meals, snacks and selected drinks included:

• Reel Action: MXN 86,000 per 24 hours · sleeps six · up to seven days.
• El Bandido: MXN 65,000 per 24 hours · sleeps four · up to three and a half days.
• El Dorado: MXN 56,000 per 24 hours · sleeps two · up to two and a half days.

An additional twelve hours costs half the boat's daily rate. Availability depends on the itinerary; a listed rate doesn't mean a boat serves every destination.

Departure and your booking price

Our standard departure is Marina Nuevo Vallarta. Pickup and return to the same alternative marina cost one additional boat-hour for La Cruz or Marina Vallarta, or two for Punta Mita. This charge is separate from your time on the charter. Please contact us to arrange it; online selection will open once transfer scheduling is confirmed.
